Internal Battery Replacement

I am having D3200 camera using since 10 years. Now I internal CMOS battery needs to be changed everytime when I start the camera by putting main battery. It ask me to set date and time. So I think I need to change the internal cmos battery. Please guide me through a video that how to replace it.

There is a thread about this here on the forum. Doesn't address how to change the battery, but it has something to try that might work for you.

You might try to contact a person at Nikon USA and ask if there is a replaceable battery inside the camera. I don't think you will find a video showing how to dismantle the camera to locate an internal battery/capacitor. Whatever is running the clock might be soldered in there somewhere and not easy to get to.
