Insurance claim

As most of you are aware I recently had to put in a travel insurance claim to replace/repair my D800 due to it getting major water damage in Africa.
Well I am happy to announce that its been approved but they took off 11 months depreciation, but that still gives me $2500'ish to spend on a new replacement camera. So what I have done is instead of going for another D800 I have decided to go for a D800E hopefully it should be here in a few weeks.

I figured the extra sharpness albeit not much could come in handy I notice the difference between my D600 and D800.

Yay!! If I had to do it again I might just opt for the E. I just hope I don't have the same opportunity as you to swap it out. LOL

I got the call today, its in the store. One issue I am at work until friday evening. But it means I will have it for my 11 day break and I have some ideas already for where I am going to go with it.
