Incredible deal?

:torn: I keep seeing an ad on craigslist pittsburgh of a d7000 with 50mm 1.8 lens and and sb 800 speed light for $400. This seems incredible. camera is supposedly new. I have a perfectly good D7000 so I don't need it but it could be a good deal for someone who does. It might be worth at least checking out. If anyone checks this out I would like to hear the results. So many things on the internet haveto be taken with a grain of salt but there are good deals out there.

News Alert: Photographer goes to buy New D7000 on Craigslist and is later found chopped into many pieces and thrown into ditch.

Anytime you see a deal that good you need to stay far away.
It is a scam
It is stolen
They need a human sacrifice for a ritual
They are hungry.
the ad is a mistake and will be removed

There is a guy in my state who has "brand new" D3100s, D5100s, and D7000s for sale on Craigslist as well, every week. I called him about selling just the D7000 body w/o the 18-105 lens. He would not do it. He said he bought them on sale as an investment for resale on Craigslist. I said OK thanks, good luck. I would not deal with that type of ad.

D7000 is going around USD600 at best. So if you do see USD 400 with so much thrown in, better see and feel it before releasing any $$
