Ouch. I'm no expert but it sure looks like a sensor issue to me. I'm not sure how warranty claims go as far as bringing it back to where you bought it or having to send it to Nikon.
But it would be nice if you could just bring it back and exchange it for another. Don't think that will happen.

so its not something that i can solve my self ?
i thought it was more like a normal problem
maybe something needs to be cleaned but i'm just missing it
or maybe a software problem that can be solved by resetting the settings .. :(

Contact Nikon Support, attach a couple example images and wait for them to issue a repair order. Something's amiss and I wouldn't muck with it myself.

Almost certainly a sensor issue. Columns of pixels in CMOS sensors have outputs tied together (a row is selected during readout process), so it looks like the output from this particular column is damaged. As BackdoorHippie says, contact Nikon support, they will probably tell you to send the camera to them for repair.

Could you confirm that you see the same line in all pictures? If not, it might be a SD card problem.

That is a column error. Happens to the LCD screens (I have one in my laptop). The sensor has to be replaced. As suggested write to Nikon with a few example images. If possible attach a copy of the purchase receipt (bill), which they will want for warranty repairs.
