With digicam control software can you get to the rest mode to reset the camera to original factory settings?:confused:
What does Nikon charge for a bench check these days?

Sorry nothing new to comment on.
If it helps in the future with others with the same problem then it may turn out to be more good advice.
I just joined hope folks are still using the 700 as I find it a fascinating piece of equipment still.
I will watch the dates next time sorry Don..
