How to User Gray Card to Set White Balance on Z6III

I've read in the manual and looked at youtube to learn how to set white balance with white card.

They say to go to white balance on the I menu, then go to PRE1 and hod the OK button. When I do that it goes back to the I menu for white balance.

What am I missing?

Don't you follow those directions while reviewing a photo you have taken?

Someone had similar issue 2 years ago. I believed they changed their Fn1 button in options and assigned Fn2 for WB. So, he found an alternate way to set WB.

Zf manual says to release the Fn button then press it again to bring up the WB target on display. Then move it to your target (card) or leave it centered. Then OK.

Perhaps you need to assign WB to a Fn button to do it this way. Looks to me measuring from a photo (the other way) is easier
