how to take pictures with 1 seconds intervals

The D60 has a DC-2 connector that will accept a remote shutter release/intervalometer.

I admit I don't have a D60 at hand, but Nikon's manual makes no mention whatsoever of this body having the connector, and Thom Hogan's connector pin-out for the MC-DC2 does not mention the D60 on the list of bodies that have it. Where do you see it, Paul? It still seems to me that tethering is the only option.

any other camera tethering softwares except "Cameracontrol pro 2" ,"Smart shooter" ,"digiCamControl"?

The one I would give a try, since it explicitly says it supports the D60, is ControlMyNikon, which is a Windows tethering software rather than an app. It has a free trial version.
