Funny thing about that one - used to be called "The Boxcar" and served as a rather seedy gentlemen's establishment for a decade or so. It fell into disrepair and was empty for a while before the granddaughter of the original owner took it on and turned it into a craft beer joint. The car currently is serving as a storage area, but is eventually going to be repurposed some type of club car for poker nights and such.
