btw i found another deal D90 + a 18-200mm nikkor vr lens. Can you tell me more about that lens? What is it good for? its a zoom lens right? or I can do everything from macro to portrait to landscapes with it?

The 18-200 is a good travel lens, but it has no macro function, the closest focus is around 0.5 of a meter, but for everthing else it will be a good starter lens, if you want to get into macro without spending a fortune, have a look around for the older 28-105mm AF-D Nikkor, it has a macro function, but only at half life size, it's well built with a metal mount, and is pretty much the Swiss army knife of Nikon lenses, I bought mine many years ago and it's one lens I won't sell.
