I bought used d7100 with 18-70 nikkor lens for $500 with 11500 shutters actions,is this a good deal.
I have a nikormat el with with vivtar 70-210 macro zoom,can I use this lens on my d7100.Iam new to dslr
and it is overwhelming to me. I will be asking a lot of ?.

You might want to check Nikon Lens Compatibility

If the lens is an AI, AS or AF yes it will work. If it is a pre-AI lens then no it will not work unless it has been converted to AI
