How do you enable the High Dynamic Range ?

Page 155 of the manual. There are a bunch of things it won't work with, one of which is RAW files.

Whenever I shoot HDR, I don't bother doing it in camera. I just shoot a set of bracketed shots and then do an HDR merge in editing. Of course, you have to have editing software that supports that.
