Lincolnshire is a beautiful county,as Lawrence said Grimsby is grim.if you live here you get used to the down side and only think about the up side

Will start with the 50/60s solution to the post war housing shortage,it worked for a short time but then mixed opinions from the residents,now they want to pull them down.

Have you noticed the nice clear blue sky,they forecast rain so i decided to do this instead of wildlife.

The old Salvation army barracks,not meant as an insult as they do a great job but as kids we used to say they where always 11pence short of a shilling (there where 12 pence in a shilling) as they where always collecting.

The old Tower cinema,we had a lot of cinemas but this was the only one with two seater seats at the back,i have fond memories of this one:D

This is Freeman street once the premier shopping area in the town,today the pictures are from the top half,the bottom half is undergoing a regeneration attempt by the council.
