Thanks everyone for your kind words about my pictures, they are very much appreciated. As far as the jiggling I'm not doing that as much any more because in the last eight weeks I have lost 37lbs. Pete, I know that's probably not what you were referring to but I just thought it gave me a chance to mention my accomplishment. By the way I am still working on it. I am a black belt in karate and years ago when I closed my school and stopped teaching I put on several pounds that I am now trying to get rid of. I can go out and take pictures and get exercise at the same time. Jeff

Good luck with the weight loss. Keep it up and you will be getting jiggy with it . . .:D

How is your skeleton Jeff? I've often heard that older black belts tend to have problems with their joints and bones because the training breaks them down. Is this true?

I was having a lot of trouble with my knees but the more weight I lose the better they feel and work! Jeff

I spotted this group of geese having lunch this week so I stopped and got a photo. Jeff

Good luck with Isaac. We're in our second day of heavy wind and rain on the SE coast of FL.

My first hurricane was Camille back in August of 1969 and I have been through many more of them through the last forty some years. It is beginning to look like we will be getting a little wind and some high tides from this storm and that we should have it fairly easy. I'm not even going to board up my windows. I'll let you know in a few days if that was a smart decision or not. Thanks for all your concerns. Jeff
