Went out and got in a stare down with this gator. This is the whole frame and has not been cropped.

Even a little 22cal pistol will save you from a gator. You just have to shoot the guy with you in the foot so he slows down.

I got one almost just like this yesterday.

I found out this morning that I'm not the only one that gets board at the gator pond. I think he is reflecting on better times. LOL

I FINALLY DID IT!!!!!!!
I think I got a shot this morning that nobody else has taken. If you look close at this gator's eye you can actually see a reflection of me in the light section of his eye taking the picture.

I was at the gator pond this morning and got this image of a ribbon snake. Something must have scared it because it went from one side of the pond to the other in about 2 or 3 seconds and was out of site. I was amazed that I even got the shot in such a short window of time. I even managed to get him with his tongue out.

Going by the look on this great white egret's face and the gesture he is making with his hand, I get the impression that he did not want his picture taken! LOL

Up close and personal with a baby gator today. He is about 2ft long.

Went out to GINS Park today and spotted one of the little gators head out in the middle of the gator pond. This little gators whole head is probably only about 3 inches long.
