I have a lot of camera equipment and like every piece I have but this lens has to rank right at the top of the "Most favorite pieces of equipment list"!

Very colorful duck. Couldn't ID what kind. Looked in my book and on Google. Marilynne, do you know what kind it is?

Sorry Jeff. I looked in my books and tried whatbird .com with no luck. Maybe @Rodbender or @Stoshowicz knows. Hopefully someone will know.

Thanks Marilynne and Scott I just found out what it is. It's a South African Shelduck. I photographed it in one of the ponds at the New Orleans Zoo.
