Shutter speed 1/60 ?

Sync for the D700 is 1/250.

@ 1/60 ambient light may intrude :)

For fun, turn off the strobes and fire off a shot. If you do not have a black screen, up the sync speed.

I know I can sync at 1/250th, and the pocketwizards will hypersync above that.

I intend to do some more shooting and experimenting, I'll try the suggestion with turning the strobes off. These were shot with a large glass window and door behind the camera.. literally could not move another step back because of the door. The background was against the opposite wall. No more room in this room :(

My basement gameroom, which I use at home to experiment, has more room to work with :)
