oh no!! pete did. i stopped my "end" shoot at the empty plate. we dont need visuals after that!!LOL
here is petes exact words when i showed my before and after plate of breakfast.
"Dude, you should be aware that the "after" in after breakfast usually shows up about four and a half hours later.

And we sure as hell don't want a picture of THAT! :p "

Ok, back on topic...

My good friend and his girlfriend are very... Environmentally Conscious, I guess you could say. They travel and set up permaculture gardens in sustainable communities all over the States (Hawaii and Alaska included). Well, whenever I'm in my hometown of Ft. Lauderdale I always make it a point to visit him. Thanksgiving weekend they welcomed me in with good eats, good drink, good vibes, and good, um... "kindness". *ahem* Anyways, I snapped a picture of a platter his gal made. All organic, locally grown (if not grown by them), and handmade. Tasted as amazing as it looks.

Raw granola with homemade cranberry preserves and pumpkin butter, topped with black berry, Nopale "tuna" and sprinkled with bee pollen.
