Flickr and picasa photos ?

As you can see I'm very new at all this software stuff.
The question i have is there a way to move my photos
from picasa and flickr to lightroom4?

​You had to upload your photos from your computer to picasa and flickr, right? So your files must be someplace on your computer drive. All you have to do is locate them and use Lightroom to import them.

If you upload your photos from your smart-phone or tablet you've download the photos from flickr, etc. on your com first.
