Fishing for trees?

How many times does a fisherman need to snag his line in a tree before he figures out there must be a better place to go fishing? By the looks of this I would say at least five! ( No offence to any fisherman out there)

Heh,

I would think they are kids.
Trees seem to have a special power over the young.. almost a selective gravitational pull - Fishing line, Bikes... etc.

I am with Rancher. If my fly doesn't snag a tree its not working hard enough. Small wooded streams always make me groan...

I do like the tree. Pretty festive.

i remember when we were kids fishing of a pier in Northern Ireland, a dad was showing his son how to cast, handing the rod back to him for a try, dad said now throw it over the side of the pier, Yes you guessed it, rod reel and line into the sea, after about 1/2 hour we fished it out, that was the day over for that young lad.:D

He was just doing what he was told to do. Funny.
