Seems a bit drab and out of place. I'm not a car shooter, but the story this tells me is something broke or ran out of gas. Would probably work better if cropped, but just thinking a different location/background would be better. Might be able to blur the background and bring the focus on the car.
I'd not think too much on what I think. See what others have to say.
I like the higher perspective, don't know if you standing on something or just tall. Comp wise, I could do without the light pole and white fencing in the upper right, otherwise It looks good.
I'm not a car shooter either but to me there are 3 things I don't like:
First off it seems out of place but I could live with that if ...
the trees in the background weren't so messy and distracting and ...
the white snow didn't run into the car.
Nice picture, but like the others have said, just a little dull, maybe instead of taking the picture standing up, how about on you knee, or along the side of the car.
There's no EXIF but I'd gamble you used the lens at the longer end. Try to shoot the same at the short end, slightly lower positioned like paul said and a lot closer.
You should end up with more car and a background that isn't as much there. It's only about the car which the short focal end will very much put the emphasis upon. Just keep an eye on your distortion when doing that.
