Well done Sharron.

Just watched the video I couldn't join it live as it was something like 2.00am here!!! And I need my sleep.

Quite please d with the comments for mine as it's the first time I've entered a competition and it was as it came off the camera :)

Hopefully will be entering a few more

Yay, congratulations Shannon! I also think its a very, very beautiful picture :)

And thanks, Famous Media, for your time and kind comments. I am glad you said you would like a wider angle on my picture, I see your point.
Looking forward to the next competition!

I still dont really get the time difference, but glad I found the recorded long version.

Well done Shannon.

I wonder if the designer intended the porch and roof to overhang in a way that caused them to look like arrows pointing to the cross and up to the heavens.
Great subject and photo.

Not sure, the church is pretty old. It was moved from town to its current location a few years ago. (only a few miles away) It is still in use and I asked the pasture for permission before I took photos. Really nice guy, he asked me to come back and take more photos of the rest of the place during the day. There is another old cracker style church on the property but it doesn't have the lighting on it like this one has. But it does have some cool details to it as well.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone and thank you Corey for taking the time to do this. On a side note though Corey I should let you know I'm a dude, easy mistake to make with my name.
Looking forward to the next one,

Ok, how is everyone doing on the challenge??? No photo's posted yet... I am struggling a bit over here. Satuday the weather was terrible, cold windy & rain. Sunday I had family obligations and weekdays (with work) are almost impossible with animals. I am likely gonna be running around Saturday trying to get a shot and if that does not pan out, I may get shut out :(
(I will submit something but it may not be what I was looking for...)

Wishing everone luck and success in this challenge!

The weather hasn't been great here either, I've also been working a lot.
I've got an idea for the challenge hopefuly I can get away from work early enough to get some shots.
