My mom done with film in low light and the portrait lens. If only I had about two stops more light...don't ask what happened with me...I don't know...LOL

The focus is off too...better luck next time... :)

She can't talk very well in fact she can hardly talk at all but she is a beautiful little girl and I think she knows sign language.

Your last shot shows your innovative technique for controlling movement during a portrait shot. Looks like it worked real good.

Over the past two days I haven't been on the board much. I have been working this roll of Fuji 36 exposures. I think I got 38 out of it. Basically half the roll is comprised of head shots done at the local Advance Auto Prats store that I work at part time. The other half is me taking the camera for a stroll on the farm just shooting at whatever on a cloud covered dreary day which is what it was like yesterday. Well I was done with the roll of film yesterday. So last night I rewound it and put a new roll of 160C in...well...this morning I forgot I had changed the film out so I took an unexposed roll of 160C (ruined it) to get developed. Still got the roll of snaps remaining to be developed. Man I was so excited to post some stuff from the two "series". It was a real let down when the guy said no charge it was a blank roll of film... :(

50mm Series E and the D5000. On board flash quick snap shot about two feet away. Just lost the focus on his right eye but not bad for grabbing the camera and firing it off just like that. I'm getting pretty decent at shooting M from the hip...he was feeling no pain tonight...lol
