Thanks. I was thinking of filing off the ridge at the bottom too. I think I'll give it some muscle and see what happens, then if I still have trouble, I'll file it like you did.
I filed off the bottom ridge like Ron suggested and now it slides on and off just fine. Thanks for the suggestion.
