Ok This almost made me hurle on my laptop. Lutefisk was always a requirement at our Grand Parent's table. There was not enough melted butter to make it tase good. Pumpkin is just far to horrible to consider. Yes I am Norwegian. Lefsa yes... Lutefisk...no...

When we lived in North Dakota, I was offered Lutefisk at a dinner, and I declined. Earlier, a co-worker informed me about it and that the key to eating it was to swallow it so fast that it was gone before the taste and consistency caught up with it. :eyetwitch:
