In the train capital of the world, we all especially liked that one. The Ferris wheel, didn't make me dizzy from that perspective, just glad I had a fairly wide angle lens which allowed me to take some nice shots from different angles. We took a ride on it and were more concerned when right at the top, a siren started going off from ground level. This was at one time the tallest Ferris wheel in the world. In an earthquake prone country, it seemed like a very slow journey back to the bottom. :) As for the drink known as a highball in Japan, it's going to hit 40c + today in Brisbane and a few of those refreshing puppies would go down nicely.

This rolled in about approx. 3.45PM this afternoon. Shots taken between 4PM and 4.15PM. First 3 shots taken from the back yard the last from the front deck.

This looks like the Golden Pagoda. Great series Brian.

No wonder the trains and city shots do not look familiar to me. You are further down South from where I live.

If you can stick around until the first week of April, that's when the Cherry Blossoms are in full bloom.
