That's odd. I'm still new at this, but even the copy in your post enlarges for me....
Sorry. I guess I need to eventually bite the bullet and start a Flickr account for things like this.

I'm hoping to eventually get the recipe for presenting images on here clearly.
The results of resizing compressing etc , don't seem to fit pattern.
For instance , if I resize in photoshop to 96 ppi , and then compress , the file size is smaller.
The more detail in my original Tiff file , the smudgier it ends up looking.

:D 1000 on the long side, i changed one from 850 to 1000 last night to keep the exif details, Don used to add this to all new members as a guide to help them post.

Sorry for the confussion.
