Hmm. Mine just stops and won't go any further when I reach the limits.

600' for both altitude and distance. Laws are a bit different is the States. Federal law says anything under 400' is a model aircraft and the FAA doesn't car about it 'cepting near airports. But I have mine set for 600 just in case I need the extra height. And 600' is about my limit to see what I'm doing.

I am going to have to go in and set mine higher. 600' sounds like a good height. There are times I would like to go a little higher than 400' some times.

Still getting used to flying and shooting. I just got in a CP filter and got it installed. Only one of today's shots was with the CP installed and it was late afternoon. I think it is going to help the look of the shots.

Finally got my new Rotopixel gimbal in and installed. The video is so much better with a stabilized gimbal. Here is one I shot today to test it.

i like the part at the start where u scare the kids off. :) now if i could walk and chew gum..............

Nice clip Don. What I found funny was to see the young people running away at the beginning of the video. Are you that scary when you fly this thing? :)

About the kids. They are not supposed to be out on the dam so I guess they were afraid I was going to get close ups of them and they would get in trouble. I was going to go in close when I first got there but they ran away as soon as I took off. Most of the time when kids see me flying they gather around and watch and ask questions.

Finally getting some time and decent weather to go practice my Flying skills. Today I started working on making smooth turns. It is a lot harder than it looks.

Well here is my attempt today.
