Does size matter?

I have tried to upload 2 phots today, and each time I ghet the message that the file is too big, so I went back and compressed them-still too big. I am at work aboard ship at the moment, and I normallt have no trouble uploading from home. What gives???:sour:

what size are you trying to upload? I have found that resizing to 1000px on the long size works good for me.

Hi Don,
One of them is only 640 x 478.
As I said earlier, I have no trouble resizing at home, so there is a possiblity that this server is not allowing me to do it (I'm on a ship) although I have uploaded from here before, and the size was never an issue.
I'll just wait until I get home and do it from my own PC.
