Welcome back Doug! Hope you're feeling better.

Thank you. My SI joint from time to time will lock up causing the 2 nearest vertebrae to rotate out of place some. Unfortunately it's taking me longer to recover from this flare up.

The smart phone has forced me off my bike for good. Totaled 2 bikes in 2 months from texting drivers. I hung up the helmet.

One driver was on FB and the other was a bride to be texting her photographer of all things. Kicked out of the first one to escape serious injury. Bridezilla is the one that got me....
