Now that you've mastered panoramas, why not enter this weeks challenge? You have until tomorrow.

I got in JUST lol, still struggling with this weeks topic !!

I have a Band to shoot tonight so I am hoping to get behind them, have them in the shadow and get a good shot.

WEEK 9 Artistic: Shadows The opposite of light is dark, the absence of light is shadow. Interpret this into a at the
masterpiece.

So I had a gig at a club called "The Fleece" where my friend was playing in his Beatles tribute band. Here is one shot of their keyboard player rocking out.

The light was HORRIBLE in this club, made post processing a real challenge !!

Took a walk up to Ashton Court again where they have a large gathering of Deer so I knew I would be able to get a shot of them in the field with the cityscape in the background.

Onto next week !!

WEEK 11 Landscape: Reflection Find a way to show your landscape/natural beauty in reflection. The mirror world revealed.

WEEK 12 Artistic: Transportation Our world is one defined by how we get around. Literal or interpretative, find inspiration in transportation.

I havent been very active this week, work is tiring me out and I have some neck and back pain so I have been taking it easy and trying to rest as much as I can.

SO delving into the archives by a few weeks here is some transportation around Bristol

Ive not had time to follow the 52 in the recent weeks, this is due to work being manic (working from 6am til 10pm most days) so the time I do get out to shoot I haven't really looked at the 5, instead I have been getting creative with smoke, models and getting my landscape photos dialed

Here are a few shots from the recent weeks though when I have been able to get out with camera, critiques on these are welcome, there are quite a few I like so I have linked them from Flickr which may have stripped the Exif on the share to here but the Exif is on Flickr Photostream ( https://www.flickr.com/gp/127554408@N02/A85859 ) :)

I said to a few friends I wanted to go out and shoot the pier from the other side.

There are so many photos of the pier on the left at the beach its unreal, not many people go the other side due to having to so some rock climbing and traverse the very slippy rocks with seaweed and mud !!

My friends were up for it and I was happy they were wanting to come along, that side of the pier is dangerous and there is safety in numbers !!

The rocks were incredibly slippy and I actually used my Tripod like a hiking stick to get down to the waters edge to get some of the shots I took, here are a couple.

I really like this first image a lot! Well worth the effort to get down there and capture this!

Thanks, I was a little gutted about the cloud (being one massive one) but the reds were still amazing in the sunset. I will go back to this location when the clouds are a little better.

So the last month has been super busy for me! I have been working with more models and learning posing ready for my weddings!

I took a trip to Scotland to help @Feliesk with a wedding (one of the photos can be found below), I was part of an Avant Garde shoot at a studio, then I went to London to partake in Jason Lanier's model workshop and Rotolight presentation, after that it was off to Clevedon pier (the same pier from above) but this time in the day to do a 50's shoot on the pier.

Most recently I have been in Bristol city centre doing an old school wild west photoshoot, this weekend I am off down town again but this time for a photoshoot in a Fashion/Urban style.

Here are a few of my photos from recently-

Been another busy month honing my model posing skills!

I have also moved into the High Speed Sync world so I have been playing with the single flash I have and learning how to expose the whole picture properly so you don't blow out the skies.

Here is my work for the last month !!
