Don't worry I will keep him in line. He is already sleeping in the dog house. Now he will be out there until March. He will have to survive the cold temperatures and I am going to bring the dog in and let her sleep on his side of the bed. He will never call me a slacker again.

Wife threatened to hit me if I didn't tell you that she was sure you did something to deserve it.

Again, I only passed that on due to fear for my well being.

Okay, I know I have been a huge slacker! However, the holidays are upon us and I have been playing with my other love, no not my husband. I have four beautiful grand babies to make quilts for before Christmas. Below is the 1st of the 4 quilts to be done and tucked neatly under the tree all wrapped up with a bow to be delivered on Christmas morning.

Looks like the baby crawled away when you turned your back.

Because our daughter goes to California for the holidays, we celebrated Christmas earlier. My sons girlfriend apparently loved her stress relieving soap so much she decided the best way to use the soap would be to sniff it and she accidentally squeezed to hard.

Household debate. Please post your opinion.

Moabman says the way that I edited photo A blurring the background looks better, in comparison to photo B where I used the paint brush to cover up the background. Looking for your opinion, which photo editing process do you like better?

In advance, thank you for your opinion .

I prefer the painted background only because of the colour of the blurred background that distracts my eyes. If the background was blurred and desaturated, then I might change my mind. You did a nice job with the brush.

Not sure on either, just remember when blurring set your feathering to a reasonable number like 25+ this will help in making it more natural looking. I think the blurred background will work, and maybe try desaturating it a little?

Photo A looks captured in natural environment and photo B looks like a studio photo. Both are great I prefer the photo A cos it gives the photo a moment of life.

The other night I ventured down to a park in Ogden where they do a light show display every year (of Course, I had to wait for all the people to go home so it was after 10:30 when I go there, which was great because there was no people). After walking around and freezing in 10 degrees (F) temperatures, I came across the nativity with baby Jesus and Mary. Standing there taking my pictures and thinking about the season, I could not help but think about the true meaning of Christmas, how cold and scared Mary must of been giving birth to the Christ child so many years ago. It made me think about the true meaning of Christmas, I am very grateful for the many blessing in my life. To have a family to share with the good times and the bad, and a warm house to call home. Merry Christmas everyone.
