The last two or so months have been crazy. Remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms, painting and re-carpeting the bedrooms followed by open house weekends along with appointments to show the house, has completely robbed me of any personal time. On the bright side, we're now midway through escrow and I have some semblance of a personal life again. And assuming nothing catastrophic happens between now and the middle of Feb, I'll be saying goodbye to So. California and hello big skies of Montana!!!

Here's a small sampling of some of the sunset photos I've made over the past few years. If all goes as planned, I've only two weeks left of San Diego sunsets before I'm off to the great white North-ish. (Not as north as you Canucks but awfully far north for me)

I went to a Japanese Spring festival today. For this shot I stopped my lens down to f10 in an attempt to capture movement. Unfortunately that background is horrible but wasn't much I could do about it.

I've been spending nearly every afternoon on the beach since my days here are numbered. Here's yet another shot from Scripps pier. Gotta love the hyperfocal point in action , huh?
