They used to be everywhere around here Walt. There was Frisches and Jerry's and the competed. Back in the 60s and 70s there were car hops. We cruised them all. Now... they have a good breakfast bar :encouragement:

Got out a bit today. Finally caught an elusive Blue Jay in the yard around the feeders... This one was pretty bold. Than I went up to the capital and looked at the tulips.

Had 4 Cardinals and a couple other birds by the feeder until I stepped out. They gone. This one stopped at the edge of the yard in an old tree.

Took Jersey out just as the blue skies were being filled with storm clouds. It is cool to watch them roll through... We are on a high nob. The Kentucky River is below us to the east. Storms, except the really bad ones, tend to come out of the west and change at the river. The skies to the west were just full of non descript storm clouds... but I liked these to the east...

Went to Buffalo Trace Distillery today to do some family pictures for some friends from Church. Lots of pictures to edit, but BT has a nice garden and a nice place in general. Longest continuously run Distillery in the country. It made "cough medicine" during prohibition.

Got home from Church and just kinda hung out on the porch today. A Red Wing kinda seemed to sneak into the feeder today while Jersey and I were on the glider.
