D750 on eBay = legit?

Are these grey market that have no direct Nikon warranty? For $1,600 vs refurbished D610 at $1,200 I rather just spend the extra & get the D750 but wasn't sure if they are legit or anything else I should be aware of?

I've seen gray D750 bodies on ebay, but $1,200 sounds too low even for Gray.
Have a link?

Beware, some sites like 42nd street offer CHEAP gray bodies without batteries, etc, then soak you on the flip side.

I've always been wary of everything on eBay. I was scammed out of my entire Canon setup about 5 years ago on eBay and haven't been back since. There's just too much shady business going on there, and no one polices it. It's a free for all that I'm unwilling to gamble on any more.

According to the OP's post it's $1600. (still sounds a little too good to be true.)

Correct, I missed the D610 reference. I agree, could just be a gray model?

With gear like that, too cheap is a red flag.

There was a price drop on the D750 on April 16th. The price of $1600 +/- is probably legit. Just for the body, battery, charger, strap. Nikon themselves is selling it for 2k.
I assume that price is full retail. So I am sure you can get that less elsewhere.
