D7200 Fine Tune Feature

Basically I took a shot at every value from 0 to +20 and every value from 0 to -20 and it gave me a solid focus dot on my camera on each and every value.

But how did they look ?????

I went by the focus dot circle and assumed if it was solid it was good to go, thinking now that I should have looked at each image closer by zooming in and do the test this way? One other question, does the D7200 have a rangefinder setting in the menu, couldn't find that.

I tried every way first and could never see the fine differences in focus with my old eyes. That is why I went with https://www.reikanfocal.com/
