) on CH i only got about 4 or 5 at the burst rate but have been used to the D7000 on a basic class 10 card slowing down,then locking up after about 6 or 7 well the D7100 never locked up until 32 shots.
Yes its not high speed but at least it continues shooting which for me is a vast improvement over my past experiences.
On crop mode it made 48 before locking up.
The high speed card was worth it for me.
