D610 "My Menu"

Okay maybe I'm just a total n00b and cannot read the manual but I searched all over for this "My Menu" to assign different function for the Fn button. But when I hit menu, I don't see the "My Menu" that people see with their D600/D610??? It should be right above the question mark no? Or is there something I'm missing???

Assigning FN button
Custom setting menu (Pencil)
F > Assign FN button

MY Menu is just above the ? and looks like a notepad with a tick.

Ya I don't have that "My Menu" above the ? mark...did I get a fake D610?? I bought this refurb from Cameta Camera.

Oh wow I finally figured it out lol. Recent tabs I didn't scroll up or down. Now I have the My Menu selected.
