Really like the 2nd pic...except for the bluish looking teeth. Perhaps it'd be worth it for you to change the temp to warmer with a brush

Did some senior photos this weekend I had 4 shoots to do in 3 days and I am finally done and now just starting the editing process. Here is one from the first client and he was amazing, he knew how to follow direction and he had good style which made my job a whole lot easier. Anyway here is one of them for now. I just couldn't wait to post it. Thanks

Loving the D600 still! It survived a drop off my stupid BlackRapid strap (screw gets loose and opens the carabiner....) Luckily it fell on gravel. It gave me an error for a moment, but it was ok after turning it off and on once. Happened during a wedding and you can only imagine my heart dropping when it fell. My backup body is a D80 for now...

Wonder if the D610 rumor is true.. Mine has quite a bit of dust but it's pretty easy to clean up in post.

MILKY WAY light painting by www.HYOFOTO.com, on Flickr

No tripod.. used a blanket on top of my car as a make-shift tripod and 5-sec delayed shutter.

Light painting done with samsung Galaxy phone ;)

unbelievable.. first time taking picture of Milky Way much less even seeing it with my own eyes. This wasn't my first attempt--had to try different settings. Ended up with f/3.2, iso3200, 25sec.

I didn't realize the Milky way was so huge... thought I would need to scour the sky for it. Guess I've lived in the city too long. It was easily visible and spanned the entire sky. This was taken somewhere in Idaho on my way to Jackson Hole, WY.

Here's one I did recently in my music/photo "studio". Captured against a black background with 24-70 2.8 @ 70mm, ISO 100, f10, 1/200 with 2 off camera SB-800s shot through umbrellas. Mods in Lightroom 4 and CS6.

Pretty much my first macro shot ever. I've used macro mode on my old zoom lens, but had no idea what I was really doing. For this shot I used a Raynox DCR-250 and my longest lens (85mm). Was sitting on a lamp, safe from my cats...so I had to tip toe and try to shoot a sharp shot.

I realized why people use tripods and focus stacking and IS/VR lenses for macro work! This is f/11, 1/250, ISO 200 handheld. I would have liked to have stopped down even more and a used a longer lens to get even closer. I had to crop this quite a bit.

This was a blast though and even more fun editing :D

I prefer the second one because the white car on the right in the first one is a little bit distracting to my eyes.
