If it were me, and the lawyers offered me a brand new D610, I'd jump on it. Think of resale value of a D600 now? I would definitely jump through the few hoops and sign on to the class action. It's not my fault that Nikon made a faulty DSLR. I don't think I'd be hurting the country....if so, then Japan only.

Geez, how much can our beloved Nikon endure? They lost a bunch in the Ritz/Wolf bankruptcy, too.

Let's keep the company healthy so in five years we don't feel like we bought the last Yashica.
