I'm getting up in years. I'm going to Washington next month on the Honor flight. I want to get a camera that also has video capability. Is D7500 still a good choice now a days. I am not the richest person this side of the Pacific. If any of you got a good idea I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I am not sure about video capabilities as I am a still shooter. But, if interested, the Nikon website has refurbished the D7500 body for $719 (90 day warranty). Free shipping on Nikon products.
They also have the DX Z50 for $688 body only, $799 with kit lens. The DX Z lens offerings are very affordable and good quality. The Z DX 50-250 is a nice lens (75-375mm equivalent).

The D7500 is the last crop-sensor DSLR still listed at Nikon's web site. I am guessing you are wanting an upgrade that still uses your old lenses from the D60 to keep down cost. But this is the end of times for DSLR camera bodies.
So I am going to recommend to shop for a used body. DSLR bodies are being traded in as people transition to mirrorless bodies. You could consider a Z-mount Nikon (mirrorless) with a F to Z adapter. The Z50 or Z50II is the appropriate crop-sensor mirrorless upgrade to the D60. Since the Z50II was just recently introduced, there can be some Z50's available to buy new or used at close to the D7500 prices. But you have to add in the cost of the FTZ adapter. But video is where mirrorless cameras shine and you gain benefits such as you can actually use the viewfinder while shooting video (or use the rear screen as you prefer). Higher-res 4K video I believe also.
Knowing all that, A D7200 or D7500 bought used is a major upgrade to your D60 and they will shoot 1080P HD video. The D7xxx series are the successors to the D90 which was the step-up back in the day from the D60. You would be staying within the DX crop-sensor family so no worries about mis-matched lenses to a full-frame FX body. The even lower cost options are a used D3400 or D3500 which were the more direct successors to the D60.
