I've seen the Yongnuo YN-622N triggers, but they're £93 here for three (2 for flash one for on camera).

Can't seem to find the Cowboy Studio iTTL ones - do you have a model number?

I have not seen a Cowboy Studio TTL trigger solution yet, doesn't mean it isn't out there.
I've heard mixed reviews regarding the new Yongnuo YN-622N setup so far.
That does seem like the cheapest current solution.

While you can use the on camera flash to fire a remote SB700, can you use the on camera flash to fire TWO remote SB700 units without additional trigger/receivers in play?

Sure, easy as pie, already included. Not using the internal flash however, unnecessary.

Fire one remote flash with the radio trigger.

Put the other (SB-700) into its SU-4 mode, which is an optical slave already included. (SU-4 Manual mode). It will be triggered in sync by the full working power of the first flash. Standard technique.
Works great.

Or, you could put a radio receiver on both flashes.

Looks like I will have to play around a bit and see what triggers work best.
Might start with the YN-603 and move to the YN-622 later...

Not sure now :(
