D3200 clock battery?

Does the D3200 have a replaceable clock battery or a capacitor? If it needs replacing can I do it myself? If it requires a technician to replace it what would be the cost? Thanks in advance.

Here is a link to the relevant page in the online manual. It says there is an independent rechargeable power source that automatically recharges from the main battery, or external power connection to the camera. It doesn't specify what type of power source it uses. IE capacitor or battery.
