Thank you so much, Lawrence!! I really appreciate that. I have missed seeing you post as often as I was used to. Although; I haven't been much of a participator the last couple months either other than trying to keep this thread alive.

I seem to be at a crossroads with my photography and clueless as to which way to go. It is very frustrating.
In the meanwhile I'll just keep looking at yours and the other participants' threads. :)

I feel your pain, Lawrence. That crossroads is a bitch. It's so hard convincing yourself that there's any progression in skill or knowledge with each passing day. I spent the last week trying to order a few large canvas prints. Every photo I looked at seemed to be completely unworthy of being printed. I kept thinking "why the hell would anyone want a picture of that on their wall?!?". The more people keep telling me to do more "pro" things with my photography, the more I feel like I'm not ready. Enough to drive you crazy if you let it. You should keep on shooting. If nothing else, it's just good technical practice. 😎

^^^ Exactly right David. Printing is the way to go but what warrants that.
A friend of mine recently said that "we artists" are our own harshest clinics.
pont it though that I do need to get out and shoot again. :)

At least we haven't gone quite mad and cut off our ear … yet. :cool: Looking forward to seeing more of your work soon!

Thanks, Walt! Sure don't, but 'tis the season. "April showers …" as they say. Lucky enough to have a large rose garden up the street, several other nice outdoor spots, and my favorite small local shop I found this year that gets some amazing flowers in.
