And yet another desperation shot for the Weather weekly challenge.
I tried to catch the feathers on the bird being ruffled in the wind. The head feathers are sort of fluffed up from the wind.

lol, i am not that far in front of you mate, after the savannah the white crown is the only one i can ID.

A common Mesquite Tree in the area. Yep the thorns can be a little "prickly" at times. Ha! Of course that is our desert here where things are pokey, sticky, prickly...
