Really it is set on the camera, but for what ever reason Nikonites strips it or doesn't recognize it after I us ON1 to post process my photos. It actually is in the EXIF data on the photos after processing, but Nikonites software doesn't recognized it. Not sure why.

Thanks for mentioning it. If anyone has doubts on the dates of the captures, I will be happy to post the full exif data. I have just been lazy on doing an extra couple of steps. Ha!

Not a full edit, but used Photoshop Elements instead of ON1 to see if the date shows up.

How weird, and don't you hate it when software does that sort of thing. At least it shows still on your files. I was wondering how you managed to work out what date you took your shots to know what day to post it for
