Cuddles, the jumping spider!

He's so fuzzy! Don't you want to snuggle him to bits?!

This furry little jumping spider was sitting on my apartment's stairway while I was taking the dog out. I quickly ran back inside, grabbed my camera, and as luck would have it he was still there waiting patiently for me! What a kind spider!

He lived up to his family name too; this critter kept jumping all over the place when I was taking his picture!

Edit: Woops, meant for this to go to the macro area. Is it possible to move it?

I have 3 types so far this spring. There is a large black one I haven't seen yet.

If you haven't seen it, how do you know it's a large black one?

I don't see the black ones as much. here is what they look like.

I've seen those guys around! I think I see more of those black ones than any other, come to think of it.
