Is it possible to remove coating while cleaning lens front element?
I have very gentile cloath, some type of leather, or something similar so I can not scratch it, but some of the stains are very stubborn so I need to rub them much more than just cleaning streaks

I get my cleaning solution at the optician. They have fabrics too. Normally they should have solutions that don't affect coating. If you use that, you can get rid of about any stain. I got some new last week and it did cost a whopping 1.5$. Solution and fabrics.

Any type of fabric not specifically intended for glass or lenses is a risk. It doesn't take much to do permanent damage.

I have used Eclipse (few drops) on a Microfiber cloth, works great. I try not to clean lenses often, using a blower lots and a lens brush less frequently. Microfiber is what I have found to be the best most gentle wipe. As far as Eclipse goes if its good enough for my sensors its fine for my lenses. I have never harmed any of my lenses.

If this happens with any frequency you might want to consider putting a filter over you lens, something like the Hoya HD Protector. These are some seriously strong/hard filters and they're amazingly easy to clean; I run mine under the kitchen faucet when they're dirty and that's about all it takes.
