I'm not sure I understand the question - Are you asking if the linked photographers are good and worth you hiring? If so, I don't think you'd get an answer here... The chance of someone here having used their service is slim, and the forum is all about taking your own photographs rather than reviewing particular photographers
Or, are you asking how to take photographs like them? If that is the case, "Candid" generally means taking the shot when the subject doesn't know, and so getting a natural, un-posed shot - Often the easiest way to do this is with a longer lens, so you aren't up in their face.
