Can not shut down the camera

Hi to All,
Today i got strange phenomena in my D500 camera- When i turn the power switch to off it does not shut down the control panel , Its still working.
Someone knows this issue? Maybe corona effect...

Have you tried removing the battery, leaving it a couple of hours, if that doesn't work try different cards.

Which contacts? Lens/camera?
Removing the battery did not help.

Not sure about the contacts, but another guess on a corrective action would be a master reset.

Have you tried hitting it with a hammer? JK!

Maybe a master reset would clear the problem, or it could be that the switch has failed or the contacts are dirty. It may have to go to the camera doc.

If you haven't fixed the problem, I had to send mine in for repair. I had the same issue and found many people had to send theirs in as well.
