Mmmm...yea. I'm not sure what you're talking about. I mean, unless you can control your phone like you can an SLR, I don't see the threat. Reality check: Most people couldn't care less about what specs their phones can take pictures at. They care if they can socially share their pictures with the world. And these so-called 'iphone photographers' just make me laugh. That's not even a thing..

If this is your April Fool's joke, sorry, but you are 5 weeks late. Cell phone "cameras" are fine for taking snapshots of your friends but they will never be useful for serious photography. My Blackberry takes decent images for a phone but I would hardly call it a serious camera.

It's the tec not the threat. I was reading article on a 16 lens camera tec coming to Nokia 808 this year or next. Competition is good.:D

I for one really like My iPhone 5 camera. It has amazing quality for a Phone. Will it replace my D5100? Absolutely not. The tow things it does have the advantage in is that it is always with me and I can post pictures to the world right then. I will be on vacation or just out shooting and see something really interesting and I will first shoot it with my Nikon and then pull out the phone and shot it and post it on Facebook for friends and family. Two days later I may take that same photo taken with my D5100 and after post processing I may post it. But for the most part I just leave the iPhone photo up. It does what it was designed to do. The Nikon is for me and not Facebook.
